Exceptional
-has working shower and bidet -has tv (no cable) -has wifi (but not stable) -clean -new and clean sheets, pillow case and towels -smells clean -size of the room is just right -friendly and helpful receptionist -near from the bus terminal and other attractions (MOA, water park, enchanted kingdom, Baclaran, etc) -easy to get a taxi

Noisy aircon, the tap of the shower was extremely hard to open or close. The blankets didn’t feel clean and were too small, there was no toilet paper, fungus in corners. Very noisy from street. The bedlight had no switch. No cable tv
